We are delighted to announce that Lewis Hatchett has been appointed as the EGCC First Team Captain. He has been at the club for 15 years and brings a wealth of exceptional experience, knowledge and performance to the role. Along with plenty of professional cricket credentials, he has over 200 games, 300 wickets and a century to his name for East Grinstead. It goes without saying that he has our absolute full support and we know he is looking forward to blending both experienced and outstanding young talents into a squad that will bring success both this year and in the future.

Lewis said "I'm really looking forward to this opportunity to be club captain and I'm excited with some of the ideas we've got and I want to try and bring to the club. Ultimately, I want East Grinstead to be one of the strongest cultures in the county.
