Cricket Homework?!

Please pass onto your children who have missed out on tonight's session!

Hi all,

With the inclement weather tonight, we have unfortunately had to cancel another session. To make up for this time that we have lost, I have designed 2 worksheets for players to complete in their own time.

For the younger players, there is a scrambled word quiz on fielding positions. Once they have managed to work all of them out, see if they are able to correctly put those positions onto a field.

For the older players, there is a PDP (Player Development Form). This may take some thinking and I do not expect you to get it right first time! As you move towards adult cricket, it is good for these older children to start to thinking about what sort of player they want to be. Do they want to be a batter? A bowler? do they want to be electric in the field? I suggest that they give this a go in pencil and bring to me during their session and I can send them off with any improvements they want to make!

I hope this makes up for a couple of missed sessions. Please contact me via Pitchero if there is any confusion.

All the best,
Ryan and the EG Coaching team.
